Mr. Serra is responsible for key business development and financial planning and execution He leads corporate fundraising, identifying strategic targets for growth, executing M&A and fundraising transactions and financial planning. He is a specialist in fundraising with investors and debt providers, identification and assessment of strategic targets, execution of M&A and debt transactions, financial planning and funding plans. He has 7 years of experience as a CFO and Director of Eland Oil and Gas and SDX Energy. He has 18 years experience in oil and gas investment banking as Head of the Upstream Finance desk at BNP Paribas. He deployed capital to independent E&P companies for acquisitions and development. He assisted clients in strategic M&A transactions to build and monetize portfolios as well as in geographic expansion and management of exposure in Emerging Markets. Mr. Serra holds an MBA in Finance from Columbia University.
