Mr. Deborah is the Sr. Vice President, E&P Finance & Strategy of IPR Energy Group. Mr. Deborah has over 20 years of experience in financial management and is responsible for strategic planning, financial management, and expansion of IPR’s relationships with capital markets to accelerate IPR’s aggressive growth objectives. He has previously served for Hunt Oil Company as Director of Finance and Planning where he was responsible for corporate and operational finance, both internationally (Peru/Yemen) and domestically. As the Manager of Finance and Planning for Hunt’s South Texas operations, he was responsible for development of all annual production, operating expenses, capital budgets and reduction of operating expenses. Mr. Deborah also previously served as the Senior Auditor for Exxon as well as Deloitte and Touche. Mr. Deborah received an MBA from Rice University, Houston, Texas, and his B.S. in Business Administration and Accounting from Texas A&M.
