Ms. Goss is the Sr. Vice President, Corporate Finance of IPR Energy Group. Ms. Goss is a CPA and has over 25 years of experience in financial management and treasury functions, including significant expertise in foreign taxation and reporting. In her current role Ms. Goss has served as lead corporate officer with international and domestic banking institutions. She also looks after corporate matters, regulatory compliances and administrative functions for the IPR Group. Ms. Goss leads IPR’s corporate investment funds and related employee benefit plans. She also serves on the board of El Hamra Oil Company, a Joint Venture Partnership with the Egyptian Government. Prior to joining IPR, Ms. Goss served as a Sr. Auditor for BDO Seidman, after operating her own certified public accounting firm for nearly a decade. Ms. Goss earned a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Houston.
